At Cascade Maverik, we are committed to providing top-tier lacrosse equipment and stand behind the quality of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused gear in its original packaging, ensuring all protective films, tags, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
